FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The five questions we get most, on visas, ferries, group size and booking.
Do I need a visa to visit Lesvos?
Turkish citizens travel under the visa-on-arrival scheme. The visa is arranged through authorised agents a few days before departure, is single-entry, valid for up to seven days and covers only Lesvos. The fee is roughly €80 and is not included in the tour price. Green passport holders enter without a visa. We track the application for you.
How long is the ferry, and is the ticket included?
It is about 25 km by sea from Ayvalık to Mytilene: 45 minutes on the fast catamaran, 75-90 on the vehicle ferry. The return ferry ticket is included in every tour package. Be at the port at least 90 minutes before departure for passport control.
How big are the groups? Can I book privately?
Our routes run with ten people at most. Every tour is private — we never merge groups. If you come with your own party, the dates, route and pace are built entirely around you.
Which month is best?
June and September are the most balanced: warm sea, manageable crowds. April-May brings wildflowers and green hills but a cool sea. July-August is hot and busy. In winter the ferry drops to three or four sailings a week, which changes how routes are planned.
How does booking and payment work?
Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp; we come back within 24 hours with availability and a firm price for your dates and group size. The price is clear up front and nothing is added later. Everything is in the package except the visa fee and personal expenses.
